nailspainted:

1. Apply a base coat

2. tape your whole finger except your nail ( make sure tape is firm, you don’t want a mess)

3. take plastic straws and dip them into the nail polish you want to splatter with and then blow it onto the nail.

4. remove tape and clean up cuticle and skin

5. apply top coat :)
